Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to manage product development—from research and 3D modeling through simulations, prototyping, and technical documentation—while leading teams and innovation projects. Focus on innovation, research, and technological development **Description:** ---------------- * Conduct research and selection of materials and components suitable for the products' technical and economic specifications. * Identify technical and functional improvements to implement in existing products, enhancing their competitiveness. * Detect and propose potential new products aligned with market needs and technological trends. * Develop advanced 3D models, ensuring accuracy and detail. * Create detailed technical drawings for manufacturing, prototyping, and certification. * Perform structural and thermal numerical simulations to validate product performance and reliability. * Support manufacturing and prototype monitoring, ensuring compliance with specifications. * Validate products through laboratory and field testing. * Produce all associated technical documentation, including presentations, reports, technical datasheets, user manuals, and more. * Collaborate in preparing and submitting applications for innovation contests, funding programs, or technological development initiatives. * Prepare technical and administrative project support documentation, such as Project Charters, schedules, interim progress reports, and technical-scientific reports. * Prepare documentation and evidence for external audits and evaluations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. * Coordinate human and material resources, planning and monitoring assigned tasks. * Organize and participate in project monitoring and review meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders. * Plan and conduct technical and strategic workshops to align teams and define objectives. * Technically justify investments made within projects, demonstrating value and expected return. * Support submission and preparation of applications for new projects, contributing to the organization’s continuous growth and innovation. **Requirements:** ----------------- **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. * Additional training in project management, innovation, or specific technical areas is highly valued. * Recommended experience: 2–3 years in product development and technical project management, preferably in construction, industrial, or engineering sectors. * Experience in prototyping, product validation, and technical documentation. * Experience in team coordination and integrated project management. * Advanced 3D modeling and technical drawing (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, Revit). * Structural and thermal numerical simulation (SolidWorks Simulation). * Solid knowledge of materials and components. * Document management and preparation of technical and administrative reports. * Knowledge of prototyping and validation processes. * Familiarity with audit processes and standards. * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar). **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and rigor in information and deadline management. * Strong leadership and multidisciplinary team coordination skills. * Clear and effective communication, both technical and administrative. * Proactivity and critical thinking oriented toward problem-solving. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. * Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and with diverse stakeholders.
