Role Context The Project Manager (PMO) will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing multidisciplinary projects within the scope of Information Technologies, ensuring alignment between Information Systems departments and the business units of the group's various companies. The role involves simultaneous management of infrastructure technology initiatives, application development, implementation and evolution of ERP systems (notably PHC), as well as projects related to complementary operational support applications, such as production management tools. It also includes management of strategic projects in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. Main Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and manage medium- and high-complexity projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget. * Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, promoting effective communication between technical teams and business areas. * Define, map, and manage project tasks, dependencies, risks, stakeholders, and schedules. * Ensure application of project management methodologies—such as Agile, Scrum, and ITIL—wherever applicable, for execution monitoring and reporting. * Support ERP (PHC) implementations and integrations with associated systems. * Manage continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives within IT and operations. * Ensure risk, incident, and mitigation plan management throughout the project lifecycle. * Support definition of PMO standards and best practices within the organization. Technical Requirements and Experience * Mid- to senior-level professional experience in project management (preferably in technology environments). * Proven experience in IT infrastructure projects, application development, and ERP (PHC) projects. * Experience in enterprise system and application integration. * Knowledge of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. * Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and ITIL methodologies. * Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities. Certifications (Preferred) * PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM * PRINCE2 Foundation * Scrum Master (PSM / CSM) * ITIL Foundation or higher Personal Competencies * Strong organizational, planning, and work-structuring abilities. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation. * Proactivity and autonomy in decision-making. * Ability to operate effectively in complex, cross-functional environments. * Sense of responsibility and results orientation.
