Its duties include study, planning, programming, evaluation, and other decision-support activities; preparation of opinions and projects; and representation of the agency or service. Among other specific responsibilities, the following stand out: * Administrative and academic management of student processes; * Collection and processing of statistical data in the academic area; * Collaboration with the Office for Access to Higher Education; * Collaboration in the Recognition of Degrees and Diplomas process; * Reception, organization, and management of individual student files for all training programs offered by IPVC; * Support in recording grades across various curricular units (CUs) and managing archived documents; * Collection of statistical data and organization of curricular data for the end and start of the academic year, as well as data on success/failure, enrolments/withdrawals, demand/supply—emphasizing development of more agile communication platforms; * Issuance of certificates/attestations/diplomas/degree letters related to students and alumni; * Legal processing of decisions issued by the Directorate and academic governance bodies; * Technical assistance and support to students and the general public, providing information on access and admission requirements and conditions for attending courses/training programs offered by IPVC; * Support for applications, registrations, and examination enrollments; * Advisory services for various local admission competitions—special competitions, inter-institutional/course transfers, re-enrolments; * Continuous improvement to ensure administrative, communication, and information effectiveness for stakeholders; efficiency in managing budgetary, technological, human, and organizational resources; and strict compliance with specified and legal requirements; * Performing any other duties assigned by service managers.
