If you’re passionate about what you do, join our team and help us spread smiles! **But what does a Section Manager do?** * Supervises and delegates tasks to store operators; * Manages and resolves customer complaints/suggestions; * Ensures their assigned area is properly organized according to established standards; * Provides feedback and supports the team; * Manages inventory proactively to prevent stockouts; * Places orders for their respective areas; * Controls product quality upon arrival at the store; * Validates weekly shrinkage for their respective areas; * Monitors and implements campaigns, promotional activities, top displays, island displays, etc., in accordance with established guidelines; * Supports the onboarding of new employees and is responsible for training them within their areas; * Substitutes for the Store Manager and assumes in-store responsibilities when necessary. **Do you have what it takes to become a true hôma Section Manager?
