Integration into a multidisciplinary team Job Offer – Direct Care Assistant (Residential Care Home) Location: Árvore, Vila do Conde A social services institution is currently recruiting a Direct Care Assistant for a residential care home for people with disabilities located in Árvore – Vila do Conde. Responsibilities: \- Providing hygiene and comfort care to residents \- Supporting residents with activities of daily living \- Accompanying and supervising residents during daily routines \- Assisting with feeding and mobility \- Collaborating with the technical team to promote residents' well-being, autonomy, and quality of life \- Supporting occupational and social integration activities Requirements: \- Professional experience in residential care homes or the social services sector (preferred) \- Qualification in Healthcare Assistant, Geriatrics, or Direct Care (preferred) \- Interest and affinity for working with people with disabilities \- Sense of responsibility, empathy, and ability to work effectively in a team \- Availability to work rotating shifts What We Offer: \- Integration into a multidisciplinary team \- A stable work environment \- Employment contract \- Salary conditions commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience Application: Interested candidates should submit an updated CV for application review.
