Our client, a leading company in the automotive sector, is seeking to strengthen its Process Engineering Department with a Stamping Process Engineer, who will report to the Process Engineering Manager. The professional will be responsible for: * Providing technical support to the factory in the stamping area, defining, implementing, and optimizing production processes; * Developing, monitoring, and validating tools and industrial equipment; * Evaluating and qualifying suppliers, analyzing quotations, and monitoring prototypes; * Participating in APQP teams, applying methodologies such as FMEA, 8D, and Run@Rate; * Promoting continuous improvement projects and problem resolution; * Providing technical support to Sales and Engineering, monitoring KPIs, and training teams; * Ensuring compliance with Quality, Environment, and Safety (QES) requirements. ### **Requirements** ### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Academic qualification: Mechanical Engineering and/or Materials Engineering (Level 5 to 7). * Professional experience: 2 to 5 years in similar roles. * Knowledge of stamping, deep drawing, and cutting processes. * Experience with progressive, transfer, and manual tooling. * Intermediate English. * **Mandatory Software:** + NX Unigraphics – 3D design analysis, element isolation, file conversion, sections, and measurements. + CATIA – 3D design analysis, element isolation, file conversion, sections, and measurements. * Ability to analyze processes, solve problems, and manage projects. * Strong communication skills, teamwork, autonomy, and orientation toward continuous improvement. * Willingness to travel occasionally. ### **Preferred Requirements:** * Experience in the automotive sector. * Intermediate Spanish; French is an asset. * **Preferred Software:** + AutoCAD – 2D design analysis, strip layouts, and cut intersections. + AutoForm – Stamping – process feasibility analysis. + JT2GO – JT file visualization and project collaboration. + MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – solid knowledge for data analysis and presentations. ### **Benefits** * Integration into a solid and growing company in the automotive sector. * Participation in challenging and innovative technical projects. * Opportunities for professional development and career growth. * Continuous training and recognition of technical competencies. * Collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement. * Competitive salary commensurate with demonstrated experience. * Health insurance. * Meal allowance via card.
