Job Summary: We are seeking a Movement Technician to ensure transportation efficiency, coordinate scheduled services, manage vehicle movement and documentation, and provide information to the public. Opportunity for national and international career routes 4\.Operations, a Recruitment \& Selection company, is currently recruiting a Movement Technician for a prestigious transportation company in the Braga area. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure transportation efficiency, allocating human and material resources according to passenger and baggage traffic needs; * Guarantee adherence to scheduled services by coordinating departures and arrivals and analyzing causes of delays; * Prepare reports on general movement incidents; * Ensure that legally required documentation for operational activities is present onboard vehicles; * Assist in preparing staff rosters; * Coordinate vehicle movement, including trips to workshops and monitoring of breakdowns; * Structure public information at the station, and maintain daily records and administrative workflow at the station; * Coordinate and monitor station operations, control and report complaints (e.g., loss, condition and validity, deviation, etc.), as well as other user complaints regarding the service. **Requirements:** * Secondary education (12th grade) qualification (preferred); * Valid driver’s license for light and heavy vehicles (preferred); * Strong organizational and planning skills; * Ability to work under pressure.
