Job Summary: Steelux is seeking a CNC Programmer and Operator for design, CAM programming, CNC machine operation, quality control, and continuous process improvement in Braga. Key Highlights: 1. Steelux, a leading company in the manufacture of high-end metal watch bracelets, aims to strengthen its Braga unit team as part of its growth and development strategy by recruiting a: **"CNC Programmer and Operator (M/F)" **Key Responsibilities:** · Design and CAM programming based on 2D drawings to produce parts according to defined technical specifications; · Configuration, setup, and operation of industrial CNC machines (3-, 4-, and 5-axis); · Monitoring and documentation of work performed and results achieved, in accordance with technical documentation; · Inspection and validation of produced parts to ensure compliance with quality standards; · Identification of non-conformities, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions; · Cleaning, preventive maintenance, and upkeep of CNC machines; · Strict adherence to current safety regulations; · Active participation in continuous process improvement, focusing on productivity and quality. **Requirements:** · Vocational training in Machining and CNC Programming (mandatory); · Proven experience in similar roles; · Training in ISO programming; · Proficiency in SolidCam software; · Knowledge of FANUC or NUM controllers; · Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; · Strong teamwork skills and effective communication abilities. **What We Offer:** · Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience and job responsibilities; · Integration into an expanding project with prospects for professional growth; · Initial and ongoing training tailored to the job requirements.
