Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Store Manager for one of our group's stores located in Guimarães! **Our day-to-day responsibilities:** * Supervise daily store operations; * Coordinate, train, and motivate the team; * Ensure achievement of objectives, analyze KPIs, and drive sales to deliver strong results; * Manage and control inventory, orders, and conduct stocktaking; * Propose improvement and action plans aimed at operational optimization; * Handle administrative tasks inherent to the store; * Create and manage store schedules. **What we require from you:** * Education at compulsory schooling level or higher (e.g., bachelor’s degree); * Experience in team management (minimum 2 years); * Customer focus, empathy with customers, communication and persuasion skills; * Planning, organizational, and decision-making abilities; * Orientation towards KPI management to meet commercial objectives and targets; * Proficiency in English (preferred); * Flexible availability (our schedules are rotating, including weekends, and we also offer rotating days off). **What we offer:** * Integration into an established Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) corporate group with over 30 years of history; * Full-time working hours (40 hours per week); * Base salary \+ meal allowance via card \+ bonuses/commissions; * Career progression;
