As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking to hire: **SharePoint Specialist** ------------------------- ### **Job Description** As a **SharePoint Specialist**, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SharePoint- and OneDrive-based solutions to optimize collaboration and information management within the organization. You will play a key role in defining and implementing best practices, ensuring efficient use of these tools and contributing to the continuous improvement of business processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement custom workflows, lists, libraries, and other SharePoint features to optimize processes. * Integrate SharePoint with other organizational tools and systems, such as Microsoft 365 and Azure. * Manage and maintain the SharePoint infrastructure, including permissions, backups, and updates. * Resolve technical issues and provide user support. * Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement. * Define and implement policies and standards for SharePoint usage. * Promote adoption and effective use of SharePoint tools. * Provide training and user support. ### **Candidate Profile** * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint and OneDrive. * **Technical Knowledge:** + Solid knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure. + Experience with PowerShell scripting (preferred). + Knowledge of AD and DNS (preferred). + Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, etc.) (preferred). * **Skills:** + Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail. + Strong oral and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. + Results-oriented mindset and proactive attitude. + Immediate availability preferred. ### **We Offer** * Competitive compensation commensurate with qualifications and demonstrated experience; * Integration into a dynamic and engaging project; * Strong career prospects with opportunities for personal and professional development.
