Recognized for its gastronomic diversity, the group currently operates **ten restaurants**, specializing in Oriental and international cuisine, and continues to strengthen its teams with qualified professionals. We are recruiting a **Bartender (Full\-time)** to join the **5Y Group’s restaurants in Braga**. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and serve **cocktails, beverages, and bar products**, ensuring quality and consistency; * Ensure proper **mise en place and bar organization**; * Maintain high standards of **hygiene, presentation, and service**; * Support **stock management, requisitions, and consumption control**; * Suggest and develop new beverage offerings aligned with each restaurant’s concept; * Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to guarantee an outstanding customer experience. **Required Profile** * Proven experience as a **Bartender / Barman / Bar Server** (minimum 1 year); * Knowledge of **classic cocktails and bar techniques**; * Professional appearance and strong customer orientation; * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure; * Proficiency in **English** (additional languages are valued); * Availability for rotating shifts. **What We Offer** * **Full\-time contract** with terms commensurate with experience; * Integration into a **solid and growing group**; * Continuous training and opportunities for internal advancement; * A professional, dynamic, and multicultural work environment.
