Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator to operate industrial machinery, interpret manufacturing orders, and control product quality at PLASTROFA. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and ensure the proper functioning of industrial machinery 2. Ensure achievement of production and quality targets 3. Initial and continuous training PLASTROFA – Plásticos da Trofa, S.A., located in Trofa, specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of flexible plastic packaging. We are recruiting new team members for the role of **Production Operator (M/F).** **Responsibilities**: * Operate and ensure the proper functioning of industrial machinery * Understand and interpret manufacturing orders * Follow work instructions * Achieve production targets * Control product quality * Record production data * Ensure good manufacturing practices and compliance with hygiene and occupational safety standards * Perform other auxiliary tasks related to the role **Requirements**: * Completed secondary education (12th grade) * Basic computer literacy * Experience in an industrial/factory environment (preferred) * Availability to work fixed shifts (2:00 PM–10:00 PM) * Sense of responsibility and teamwork * Punctuality and attendance * Residence between the cities of Maia and Braga * Immediate availability. **Conditions**: * Competitive salary commensurate with the role requirements * Initial and continuous training. **Contact**: Please send your CV to rh@plastrofa.com with the subject line "Production Operator".
