Desired Profile * Higher education degree in **Civil Engineering**; * Interest in efficient construction, innovation, and sustainability; * Knowledge of construction works, materials, structures, and construction processes; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Organizational skills, autonomy, and sense of responsibility; * Strong communication skills with teams, suppliers, and clients; * Willingness to undergo training and travel to construction sites; * Preference for candidates residing in the Braga district or nearby areas.
