Job Summary:
This role involves providing home care assistance to patients with respiratory pathologies, including treatment initiation, equipment maintenance, patient education, and therapy adherence monitoring.

Gasoxmed is a part of Air Liquide Company with 20 years of experience in Home Respiratory Care in Portugal. Provides services in Oxygenotherapy, Ventilotherapy, Aerosoltherapy.

You can grow and develop with us by delivering home care assistance to patients with respiratory conditions.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
Providing planned or urgent home care assistance to ventilotherapy and/or other therapy patients through the following interventions:
* Treatment initiation;
* Equipment exchange and functional verification, including associated accessories and consumables;
* Light equipment and accessory review and maintenance (operations not requiring equipment disassembly);
* Patient follow-up, including training on equipment, accessories, and consumables usage, as well as communication of safety rules;
* Extraction of patient therapy adherence reports;
* Treatment termination and retrieval of equipment and accessories; delivery of equipment and consumables to hospitals.
Educating patients to ensure all procedures are correctly implemented on-site, particularly ensuring equipment is installed and maintained in a safe location and that patients understand and comply with safety rules.
Submitting daily records of all services performed;
Collecting prescriptions;
Care Center:
* In outpatient settings: Initiate ventilotherapy (CPAP, APAP or others) per medical prescription and provide clarification regarding the therapy, its benefits, and the importance of treatment.
* Patient support: Support patients already undergoing ventilotherapy by reinforcing instructions and monitoring therapeutic adherence/efficacy.
* Assessment and maintenance: Replace interfaces, accessories, and equipment based on clinical assessment.
* Inpatients: Initiate ventilatory therapy for hospitalized patients per medical prescription and indication.
**Are you a Match?**
* Bachelor’s degree in Cardiopneumology, Clinical Physiology, Physiotherapy, and/or Nursing;
* Analytical thinking;
* Patient orientation;
* Clinical knowledge, particularly in respiratory therapies and in care for neuromuscular patients;
* Valid driver’s license (Mandatory requirement).
