Opportunity for professional development Location: Guimarães Company: Taimatica, Lda ERP/IT Technician (M/F) Responsibilities: Installation, configuration, and technical support of ERP solutions. Implementation and assistance with business management software. On-site and remote customer support. User accompaniment, training, and assistance. Installation and maintenance of computer equipment. Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software issues. Basic network configuration and administration. Installation and configuration of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365\. Management and support of databases associated with ERP systems. Requirements: Experience with ERP software, preferably: XD Software Sage ZoneSoft Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems. Knowledge of hardware and computer maintenance. Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, Wi\-Fi, routers, and switches. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical incidents. Strong communication skills with customers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in ERP implementation and configuration. Knowledge of SQL Server and databases. Experience in retail, hospitality, or industrial environments. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud services. Relevant technical certifications.
