Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Line Supervisor to lead a team of 8–10 seamstresses in garment manufacturing, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure quality control and correct execution of parts We are looking for a Production Line Supervisor to lead a team of 8\-10 seamstresses in garment manufacturing located in the outskirts of Guimarães/Vila Nova de Famalicão. The ideal candidate must have experience in the textile manufacturing sector, be organized and motivational, with the objective of ensuring quality and on-time delivery. **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the production line’s operation, ensuring its optimization. * Organize and set up the production line according to the defined operational sequence. * Monitor and analyze line productivity, implementing improvements when necessary. * Read and interpret technical sheets to ensure correct part execution. * Ensure in-line quality control, guaranteeing product conformity. * Coordinate and motivate the team, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment. **Requirements:** * Experience in the role of Production Line Supervisor or leading a sewing team. * Solid knowledge of knitted garments. * Strong leadership, initiative, and resilience. * Organizational skills and team spirit. * Attention to detail and sharp critical thinking. * High sense of responsibility and professional ethics. **Conditions and Benefits:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, regular shift. * Salary is commensurate with each candidate’s experience. * Friendly and welcoming work environment. * Job stability and commitment to a long-term partnership.
