A collaborative, technology-driven, and innovation-oriented working environment Experis, a global leader in talent management solutions, is recruiting a Mechanical Design & Simulation Engineer to join a leading multinational company specializing in advanced motion, power, and control solutions. **Responsibilities:** Design and optimization of mechanical components and assemblies using CAD tools, particularly SolidWorks; Creation of physical system simulation models (thermal, electrical, and kinematic); Execution of FEA and CFD simulations using ANSYS tools to evaluate structural, thermal, and vibroacoustic performance; Development of test platforms and test benches; Performance, thermal, and vibration analysis, including definition and execution of experimental procedures; Application of thermodynamic principles in developing compact, high-power-density systems; Development and validation of models and algorithms in Matlab, Simulink, or Python; Collaboration with electronics, software, and manufacturing teams; Participation in R&D initiatives and development of innovative solutions. **Requirements:** Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably in Structures, Machine Design, Vibrations, or Thermal Engineering; Junior profile or recent Master’s graduate, with academic experience only (theses, projects, research, or internships) acceptable; Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks) and simulation tools (ANSYS, FEA, CFD); Strong foundation in thermal analysis; Knowledge of Matlab, Simulink, and/or Python; Analytical ability, critical thinking, and enthusiasm for multidisciplinary technical challenges; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Good command of English, both spoken and written. **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of or interest in electric motors, gearmotors, and drives; Familiarity with noise and vibration principles; Experience with BLDC motors and control systems; Knowledge of industrial or automotive standards. **Offered:** Integration into innovative and high-impact technological projects; Professional mentoring and development in an international context; Opportunities for technical and career growth; A collaborative, technology-driven, and innovation-oriented working environment.
