We work on developing specialized digital products for the automotive sector, including Websites, DMS, and CRM, and we seek someone eager to build, learn quickly, and deliver real impact on the product and business. This is an opportunity for those who wish to grow in Product within a dynamic context, with exposure to B2B and B2C solutions, cross-functional teams, and real challenges in digital transformation. **What You’ll Do:** * Support the management and evolution of digital products; * Collaborate with business, technology, and stakeholder teams; * Organize and prioritize the backlog; * Write clear and structured user stories; * Prepare development-ready work with quality and lead time; * Closely monitor development and support removal of blockers; * Participate in discovery initiatives, continuous improvement, and product evolution; * Contribute to decisions driven by impact, business value, and efficiency; * Explore opportunities related to automation, digital efficiency, and AI. **What We’re Looking For:** * 1–2 years of experience in product, digital, or similar roles; * Higher education degree, preferably in Computer Engineering or a related field; * Comfort with Agile methodologies; * Strong organizational, structural, and communication skills; * Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and diverse stakeholders; * Hands\-on, proactive profile with eagerness to learn and gain autonomy; * Interest in automation and curiosity about tools such as Power Platform; * Curiosity about AI, digital innovation, and continuous improvement; * Proactive attitude toward managing risks inherent in daily activities. **We Especially Value:** * Experience with B2B or B2C digital products; * Familiarity with contexts such as SaaS, CRM, DMS, websites, or marketplaces; **\#LI\-Hybrid
