Join a growing project where professionalism goes hand in hand with care and heart. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** \- Entering supplier invoices into the system. \- Bank reconciliation. \- Comparing supplier prices. \- Monitoring cash closing procedures. \- Debt management. \- Billing control. \- Stock management. \- General administrative support to management. \- Coordination with management support entities. \- Reception duties. \- Bank deposits. \- Providing financial and administrative data support to management. \- Assisting in drafting shift schedules (for nurses and veterinarians). **Required Competencies:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, or Finance; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; \- Familiarity with Cegid software (preferred); \- Knowledge of general accounting and basic taxation principles; \- Organizational and priority management skills; \- Proactivity, rigor, and attention to detail; \- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
