Position: Architect \- URBAN OBRAS **SANTO TIRSO** Job Description: · Development of architectural projects, primarily renovation and rehabilitation; · Presentation and negotiation with clients; · Analysis and preparation of commercial proposals; · Construction planning and preparation; · Budgeting; · Construction site supervision; · Communication with suppliers and clients. Requirements: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; · Experience and affinity in dealing with clients; · Experience in project design; · Experience in construction site supervision (minimum 2 years); · Ability to produce 3D projects (non-essential); · Sensitivity to interior design; · Professional appearance.
