The assistant is encouraged to propose ideas for contact acquisition and suggest campaigns, strategies, or actions (e.g., flyers, partnerships, local outreach). All submitted ideas will be reviewed, and if aligned with SOS Serviços’ values, the company will support and implement them using the necessary resources. Initiative and the desire to grow will always be viewed as positive, distinguishing factors in performance evaluations. Payments and Earnings €3 per appointment scheduled (average of 6 per week) + additional commissions on services secured on-site by installers visiting clients’ homes (based on feedback from other professionals, monthly earnings exceed €900) during the first 3+3 months of the probationary period.
