Key Responsibilities * **Receiving and Storage**: Receive, inspect, and organize goods, ensuring full alignment with purchase orders. * **Stock Management**: Control and record stock inflows and outflows, ensuring accuracy and continuous inventory updates. * **Order Preparation**: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment; also assist with loading and unloading activities. * **Organization and Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean, safe, and functional workspace to facilitate smooth material handling. * **Equipment Handling**: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and efficiently. * **Document Control**: Accurately record and archive documentation related to goods movement. Requirements and Competencies * Prior experience in warehouse operations (preferred). * Valid driver’s license issued in Portugal. * Good physical condition suitable for physically demanding tasks. * Strong organizational skills, precision, and attention to detail. * Team-oriented mindset and effective communication abilities. * Proactivity, accountability, and problem-solving aptitude. * Flexibility regarding variable work schedules (including weekends/holidays, as required). * Computer literacy and/or familiarity with stock management systems (an asset). * Good command of English.
