Role * Preparing and monitoring financial analyses to support management decision-making; * Analyzing the company's P\&L; * Developing Budget and Forecast; * Monitoring and analyzing Budget variances; * Supporting the execution of the monthly financial report; * Analyzing the company's financial KPIs. Profile * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field; * Up to 3 years of professional experience in Management Control (preferred) or data analysis; * Strong computer skills, including advanced Excel (mandatory), Power Query (preferred), Power BI (mandatory), SAP—particularly SAP Retail (preferred); * Knowledge of the retail sector (preferred); * Knowledge of accounting; * Good command of English; * Strong teamwork orientation; * Excellent critical and analytical abilities; * High resilience; * Good time management skills.
