Job Summary: We are seeking a Datacenter Team Lead with experience in infrastructure, networking, virtualization, and technical team leadership to manage and develop the data center infrastructure. Focus on operational security and high availability **We are looking for a Datacenter Team Lead** If you have experience in Data Center infrastructure and enjoy leading technical teams, this opportunity may be for you. **Key Responsibilities** Management of Data Center infrastructure (racks, power, cooling, and security); Administration of LAN/WAN networks; Management of virtualization (VMware/Hyper\-V) and SAN/NAS storage; Definition of backup and disaster recovery strategies; Ensuring operational security (firewalls and IDS/IPS); Leadership and development of the technical team; Incident and change management according to ITIL. **What We Are Looking For** ✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field; ✔ Solid experience in networking (Cisco, Fortinet), virtualization, storage, backup, and Linux/Windows Server systems; ✔ Experience in high-availability environments; ✔ Knowledge of ITIL and SLA management. VMware, Cisco, and ITIL certifications, as well as automation/scripting skills, are highly valued. Location: Lisbon (hybrid model up to 2 days per week) Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Lisbon
