As a **Senior Atlassian Data Center Administrator**, you will be working for our client, a global leader in digital collaboration solutions. Your role will focus on maintaining top\-tier service quality for Jira and Confluence Data Center platforms, ensuring high availability, smooth upgrades, and infrastructure management. This position offers a dynamic environment for seasoned professionals to further refine their expertise and drive innovation in enterprise collaboration. **Your main responsibilities:** * Ensure the availability and performance of Jira and Confluence Data Center platforms. * Maintain a low number of major incidents through effective monitoring and troubleshooting. * Handle advanced troubleshooting and resolve complex platform issues. * Define and execute controlled upgrade plans for Jira, Confluence, and plugins; test and validate updates. * Manage Atlassian infrastructure, collaborating with teams responsible for Linux servers, databases, storage, Data Center cluster, and load balancer. * Maintain high\-level technical expertise and oversee Atlassian governance, including configurations and best practices. * Ensure technical documentation is up to date and participate in Atlassian configuration governance. * Integrate with other applications such as other Atlassian instances, ServiceNow, and Splunk. * Work closely with the Cloud team to ensure smooth interaction between Data Center and Cloud environments. * Collaborate with solutions, systems, and security teams to optimize workflows and address additional needs. * Support end users with workflow optimization and system support. **You're ideal for this role if you have:** * Minimum of 5 years of experience in administering Atlassian solutions, especially Jira and Confluence. * Over 3 years of hands\-on experience with Atlassian Data Center. * Strong troubleshooting, infrastructure management, and platform upgrade skills. * Knowledge of Linux servers, databases, storage, and load balancers. * Experience with Atlassian integration with other applications like ServiceNow and Splunk. * Familiarity with Atlassian Cloud administration practices. * Fluency in English (C1 level); French is a plus. **It is a strong plus if you have:** * Atlassian certifications related to Data Center. * Experience working within European regulatory and operational contexts. **Language Required for the role:** * English: C1 level **Eligibility for the role:** * Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in Europe will be considered for this role. \#MAKEYourCareerBETTER Interested?
