We are looking for a Work Preparation Technician for our facilities in São João das Lampas. YOUR CHALLENGE: \- Preparation and development of technical manufacturing conditions according to execution standards; \- Launch of industrial projects in accordance with the production plan; \- Analysis of projects based on drawings, other specifications, and materials; \- Definition and optimization of operation sequences (routing); \- Compliance with the company’s current standards regarding quality, environment, and occupational health and safety. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: \- Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred); \- Previous professional experience in similar roles; \- Experience and knowledge in preparation/planning; \- Ability to interpret technical drawings; \- Knowledge and experience in manufacturing methods and time studies; \- Proficiency and experience in Excel (mandatory) and Power BI (preferred); \- Knowledge and experience using an ERP system; \- English language proficiency; \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; \- High sense of responsibility, rigor, and work quality; \- Teamwork and adaptability skills; \- Ability to work under pressure.
