Responsible for comprehensive project supervision, schedule monitoring, technical verification, and non-conformance management, with emphasis on ensuring compliance and profitability.

#### **Your Day-to-Day**
* On-site, end-to-end supervision of all installation and delivery phases;
* Continuous schedule monitoring and immediate reporting of deviations to the Project Manager;
* Systematic photographic documentation to ensure compliance at every stage;
* Proactive identification of additional costs or errors impacting profitability;
* Technical verification of work to authorize payments to installers;
* Ensuring executed work strictly matches the budgeted scope;
* Supervision of technical support and resolution of non-conformances;
* Direct coordination with Hubs to resolve product damage or incidents;
* Collaboration with managers and advisors to enable installation solutions;
* Performance reporting of teams to support external partner management.
#### **Who We’re Looking For**
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (preferred);
* Training in Occupational Health and Safety (preferred);
* 3–5 years of proven, direct experience in project supervision, inspection, or construction management;
* Experience coordinating field teams;
* Valid driver’s license (mandatory);
* Willingness to travel frequently to visit construction sites across the entire northern region;
* Strong organizational skills and rigorous schedule monitoring ability;
* Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions;
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills;
* Proficiency with digital tools.
