Position We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to work in the Lisbon region. This professional will be responsible for coordinating the on-site cleaning team to ensure proper service execution, while actively participating in cleaning and space maintenance activities. Main Responsibilities • Coordinate and supervise the cleaning team at the workplace • Participate in cleaning and space maintenance tasks • Assign tasks and monitor service execution • Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations • Support team activity planning and organization • Report any requirements or incidents to management Requirements • Experience in the cleaning field • Experience in team coordination (preferred) • Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills • Good communication and leadership abilities • Ability to work effectively in a team • Driver’s license (preferred) We Offer • Employment contract • Opportunity to join a stable and growing company Work Location • Lisbon region
