Location: Braga, PT Functional Area: Project Management M/F **Family Mission** --------------------- Ensure effective and efficient planning, coordination, and control of production processes across the Casais Group, guaranteeing internal/external customer satisfaction through timely delivery, compliance with applicable legislation, quality and safety standards, and at the lowest possible cost—achieved via appropriate allocation of financial, human, technical, and material resources—while acting in accordance with the Group’s ethics and Casais values. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Plan and coordinate all project phases—from planning through execution—ensuring cost, deadline, and quality control. Liaise with operations, production, and logistics to ensure receipt and assembly of industrialized components according to the strategic plan. * Define internal resources and subcontractors per project, directly supervising on-site execution. Conduct regular meetings to monitor progress, resolve deviations, and ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements. * Act as the technical liaison with the client and project owner. Propose industrialized solutions that improve timelines, traceability, and reduce waste. Collaborate with engineering teams for design adjustments and continuous improvement. * Implement inspection routines and technical record-keeping. Monitor KPIs such as non-conformities, rework, and assembly lead time. Update essential documentation and support audits and legal/contractual compliance processes. * Train internal teams, standardize assembly methods, and develop technical documentation for replication.
