Join us and become part of a company that values talent, dedication, and growth! **Responsibilities** * Perform various production process operations, ensuring compliance with established operational and quality procedures; * Carry out operations related to fine-tuning, preparation, filling, and packaging of products; * Operate production equipment, ensuring its proper functioning and monitoring daily workstation activities; * Collaborate with different Production and Technical Management departments as required; * Ensure cleaning, organization, and basic maintenance of equipment, machinery, and the workplace; * Comply with applicable quality, hygiene, and safety regulations, including correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Requirements** * Minimum education: 12th grade; * Industrial environment experience (preferred); * User-level computer skills; * Good color perception and attention to detail; * Physical stamina suitable for job demands; * Sense of responsibility, dynamism, and proactivity; * Organizational ability and teamwork skills; * Immediate availability **Offer** * Full-time employment; * Integration into a dynamic and specialized team; * Continuous professional training; * Favorable working conditions; * Participation in Social and Environmental Responsibility initiatives; * Integration into a growing and expanding corporate group.
