The role will focus on transforming machine learning models into scalable, robust, and production-ready solutions. Founded in 1871, the company operates in 54 countries and markets. **Responsibilities:** Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models, from development through to production; Build and maintain scalable ML infrastructure on cloud platforms, using infrastructure-as-code practices; Automate deployment, monitoring, and rollback processes to ensure reliability and reproducibility; Implement monitoring and feedback loops to track model performance and drive continuous improvement; Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and cross-functional teams to integrate ML models and standardize workflows. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s or higher degree in Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; 2+ years of professional experience as an ML Ops Engineer; Strong programming skills in Python and SQL; Practical knowledge of CI/CD and automation tools such as GitHub Actions; Proficiency in containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes; Hands-on experience deploying and managing the ML model lifecycle using tools such as MLflow or SageMaker; Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or Azure) and infrastructure-as-code practices; Familiarity with monitoring and performance tracking tools such as Grafana, and workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow; Strong understanding of software engineering and DevOps practices, including testing, GitOps, and CI/CD design patterns; Experience with Agile project management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban; Reliable, collaborative profile with a structured and autonomous working style; Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. **Offer:** Integration into an international and challenging work environment; Flexible working model; Agile and collaborative working style; Continuous opportunities for personal development and learning. **Diversity and Inclusion:** Continental is committed to fostering a workplace where all individuals feel safe, respected, and valued.
