Do you enjoy planning, coordinating, and ensuring operational excellence? **Then we want to meet you!** ️ **Main Responsibilities** * Full planning of mechanical jobs: defining scope, materials, execution sequence, specifications, and cost estimation. * Integration of all involved disciplines: scaffolding, inspection, cleaning, etc. * Development and application of the **Operating Discipline of planning**, including use of SAP, creation of Job Packages, and planning according to defined standards. * Direct collaboration with the Maintenance Leader in defining the planning strategy: areas, contractor lists, types of Purchase Orders, cost sheets, crane strategy and lifting plans, slip blind strategy, material ordering strategy and required dates, among others. * Identification of material requirements per job and management of long-lead or non-stock parts/equipment, obtaining quotations and delivery times, and updating SAP to ensure accurate planned costs. * Conducting walkdowns with Operations to identify tie-ins, work locations, blind spots, etc. * More than 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the petrochemical industry. * Proven experience in preparing maintenance, engineering, or construction work. * Valued if you have worked as a **Mechanical Supervisor** in the field. * Computer skills: MS Office (especially Excel and Word). * Knowledge of Primavera or MS Project is an advantage. * Experience with SAP and knowledge of the local context will be a plus. * Experience in maintenance and repair is also valued.
