EffiWorks is recruiting Appointment Management Assistants to support Expert Assistants in the daily management of cases, in collaboration with the team.

**EffiWorks** is a recently established company specializing in administrative services for French businesses.
We collaborate with several partners, one of the main ones being **Assistance Expertise Bâtiment**, a well-established firm in building expertise for over 20 years.
Their team comprises qualified experts across various fields: legal protection, construction, civil engineering and public works (BTP), real estate, and insurance. They operate nationwide to best represent their clients’ interests—whether in amicable or judicial expert assessments.

In light of increased activity at Assistance Expertise Bâtiment, we are recruiting: **Appointment Management Assistants (M/F).**
Your mission will be to support Expert Assistants in the daily management of cases, working collaboratively with the team.
**Position Description and Responsibilities:**
This position focuses on expert appointment management.
Accordingly, your main responsibilities will include:
* Organizing expert meetings
* Contacting clients and other stakeholders to schedule appointments
* Coordinating and scheduling expert assessment dates with experts
* Drafting expert appointment notices accurately and meticulously
* Sending appointment notices (letters, emails)
* Conducting necessary follow-ups to ensure proper receipt of appointment notices
* Ensuring smooth logistical organization of expert meetings
* Optimizing expert travel routes
* Managing logistics (transportation, accommodation, catering)
**Required Skills:**
* Excellent command of the French language (impeccable spelling)
* Proficiency with office software
* Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills
* Rigor and strong organizational sense
* Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
**Desired Profile:**
* Administrative education (e.g., BTS or DUT degree)
* Prior experience in a similar role or in administrative management is preferred
* Experience in scheduling or appointment management is an advantage

Working Conditions:
* Position is **hybrid in Porto**
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00
* Annual gross salary: between €15,000 and €15,300
* Meal vouchers: €10.20/day
* Basic health insurance
* 13th and 14th month salaries
