Technical support to project and construction teams Raisemeup is recruiting a **HVAC Technical Drafter (m/f)** for Funchal. **Our Client** A company specialized in the design, supply, installation, and maintenance of hotel equipment. **Responsibilities** \- Preparation, review, and updating of technical drawings and layouts; \- Development of CAD/BIM projects; \- Interpretation of sketches, technical specifications, and project requirements; \- Technical support to project and construction teams; \- Ensuring compliance with technical drawing standards and regulations; \- Concurrent monitoring and management of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery. **Requirements** \- Training in CAD and BIM (AutoCAD, Revit or similar) – preferred but not mandatory; \- Experience in this role or related fields – preferred but not mandatory; \- Knowledge of technical drawing standards and regulations; \- Technical interpretation ability and attention to detail; \- Commitment to accuracy and work quality; \- Responsibility, proactivity, and flexibility; \- Creativity and capacity for innovation; \- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team; \- Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities; \- Strong customer orientation. **Our Client Offers** \- Compensation commensurate with demonstrated qualifications and experience; \- Integration into a solid and growing company; \- Immediate start; \- Other benefits currently in effect at the company.
