Responsibilities: \- Operate machinery such as excavators, backhoes and compactors safely and efficiently; \- Regularly inspect the condition of machinery before operation, ensuring they are in good working condition; \- Handle soil, gravel and other construction materials according to instructions from higher management; \- Perform excavations and fillings according to project requirements; \- Other complementary tasks; \- Comply with internal rules and procedures; \- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. Main Requirements: \- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles; \- Certificate for Load Lifting Machinery (CAP); \- Safely and controllably transport materials required for operations; \- Lift equipment and raw materials related to construction work; \- Professional experience operating cranes and lifting equipment; \- Autonomy and ability to take responsibility; \- Strong sense of commitment; \- Good adaptability to various tasks; \- Ease of interpersonal relationships (with work teams); \- Attendance and punctuality; \- Full and immediate availability.
