**Warehouse Operator \_ Warehouse Operator (m/f/x)** The Warehouse Operator works in the Logistics Department to ensure a constant flow of complete and correct incoming and outgoing shipments, as well as maintaining internal records, performing the following tasks with the required levels of efficiency and accuracy. Main Responsibilities: \- Accurately pick and scan products \- Accurately pack products \- Maintain stock accuracy \- Control the FIFO (first in, first out) system when picking orders for the factory \- Properly store raw materials and finished goods \- Receive raw materials and perform inspections correctly \- Operate safely with forklifts, pallet trucks, work-assist vehicles (W.A.V.) and/or pallet jacks (only for certified operators) \- Correctly handle special instructions/orders \- Clean and maintain the warehouse area clean for employee health and safety \- Properly use the ERP system to transfer materials between locations, create pallets and shipments, check batches and stock locations, better understand system functionality, etc. \- Perform daily cycle counts. For this role you will need: \- Completed high school education (12th grade) \- Ability to read and understand documents such as safety regulations, operation and maintenance instructions, short correspondence and memos \- Computer literacy and good typing skills are required \- Ability to write simple correspondence and routine reports \- Ability to communicate effectively and present information individually and in small groups \- Basic knowledge of RF scanner systems \- D3 license or equivalent, allowing forklift operation \- Ability to manage your own time with a high degree of autonomy – time management \- Self-motivation and genuine interest in improving processes and relationships with internal customers \- Ability to work well in a team and be adaptable/flexible \- Attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions \- Understanding of the importance of customer focus \- Ability to lift/push/pull 20 kg when necessary \- Ability to stand, kneel, or crouch for extended periods \- Ability to reach above shoulder height \- Basic knowledge of ERP systems is desirable We are waiting for you! Colep Consumer Products Portugal, S.A. is seeking a formulation and pre-weighing operator, whose main responsibility will be to pre-weigh and formulate active products according to production schedules and operational procedures, aiming to improve production efficiency, meet scheduling requirements, and comply with the Quality Assurance System, particularly Good Manufacturing Practices and Personal Hygiene standards required in the relevant areas. **Main duties and responsibilities:** * Pre-weigh raw materials for the production of Wellbeing products, operating the necessary equipment; * Formulate and transfer active products, operating the required equipment; * Use specific computer systems for product pre-weighing and formulation; * Ensure proper cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of all equipment involved in the formulation and pre-weighing process; * Comply with defined safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards for the sector. **Requirements:** \- Immediate availability; \- Availability for shift work; \- Strong sense of responsibility; \- Good learning ability; \- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices; \- Forklift driving certificate (or willingness to obtain one); \- Basic computer skills at user level.
