Abdominal board – used in acceptable condition One pin is missing, which originally prevented the board from folding and facilitated transportation. The board can still be used without this pin; it remains functional. The wooden board is slightly loose from the metal frame. Repeated exercises may require readjusting the board on top of the metal support, as it tends to shift sideways during exercise movement. A skilled person can secure the board to the metal support using screws and/or other materials. The fabric underneath is also partially coming loose and can be reattached with glue or another fixing material. Sold as-is; no repairs are performed. Pickup and transportation are the buyer’s responsibility. Available for pickup in Penacova. Hand delivery is possible in the Coimbra region on weekends, by prior arrangement of time and date. No postal shipping.
