As an on-the-ground leader, the City Lead drives operational excellence, team performance, and the entire customer journey within their city, acting as the bridge between global standards and local execution. ### **The Role** The City Lead holds full accountability for daily operations and depot performance in their city. With a strong operational focus (60–70%), this role also carries clear management and financial performance responsibilities. They lead the local team, manage depot costs, ensure efficient fleet turnover, and drive continuous operational improvement. This role is accountable not only for execution but also for outcomes. Reporting directly to the District Manager, the City Lead ensures efficient, high-performing, profitable, and customer-centric operations every day. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Manage full depot performance in the city, covering both Rental and Servicing; * Lead, supervise, and develop the local operational team—including shift and task planning, as well as performance feedback; * Serve as a leadership role model and champion of company culture; * Monitor daily KPIs and ensure SOP execution; * Monitor and improve vehicle downtime, including hands-on repair intervention when required; * Manage depot costs—including consumables and rework prevention—ensuring strict cost control; * Supervise RV preparation and presentation for sales; ### **Practical Requirements** * Ability to lift or move light-to-moderate objects (10–15 kg) and stand, walk, and move around the depot for extended periods; * Comfort working indoors and outdoors under varying weather conditions; * Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods; * 3–5 years of experience in fast-paced operations, logistics, rental, hospitality, or customer-facing environments; * Strong hands-on operational capability, with willingness to perform day-to-day depot tasks; * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute physical tasks during high-volume periods; * Flexibility to work extended shifts during peak seasons; * Valid driver’s license (Category B) required; * English fluency (mandatory) and Portuguese fluency (preferred); ### **Indie Commitment** Join a young, innovative, and rapidly growing company where your contribution makes a difference; Career development opportunities in Field Operations and potential transition to offices in Lisbon, Mexico City, or Manila; Continuous training and coaching to build relevant competencies; Competitive compensation package with performance bonus and referral incentives; Complimentary Indie Campers travel to experience road trips across Europe, North America, and Oceania; ***Are you ready to Go Indie?***
