Job Description: We are looking for an experienced “Tech” professional to help us with Telpark’s backoffice programs and tools, and with knowledge of RPA development, to join our team and help us automate business processes. The ideal candidate should have experience developing automation robots using tools such as UiPath or Appian, and some knowledge of the latest technologies and AI advances. Although the main responsibility of the role is related to managing these automation processes, the candidate will also support other departmental tasks. Responsibilities: * Work closely with the development team to resolve technical issues and improve the various applications within the Telpark ecosystem. * Manage permissions for different users and groups. * Work closely with business teams to understand their needs and ensure automation solutions align with business objectives. * Support the development team with the payment gateway. * Design and implement RPAs using various process automation tools, ensuring code quality and performing testing to verify proper functionality. * Identify automation opportunities and propose solutions to business problems. * Maintain and update existing RPAs. Requirements: * Experience developing RPAs using tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, and Appian. * Knowledge of managing payment gateways such as Adyen would be highly appreciated. * Experience with parking control systems such as Skidata. * Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and computer vision technologies would be a plus. * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Experience in the finance, retail, or services sector would be a plus. * Any knowledge of SAP environments such as S4/HANA, ARIBA, or ARIBA would be appreciated. * Basic knowledge of information security (policies and security).
