Role: Optimisation Manager Location: 100% Remote, Portugal or Brazil Required Skills: * 4\+ years of experience * **Site Optimisation Platforms:** Proven hands\-on experience using optimization and A/B testing software (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target, Siteimprove, or similar meta\-optimisation tools). * **Analytics Suites:** Proficient in setting up custom reports, segments, and event tracking in web analytics suites (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude). * **Content Management Systems (CMS):** Experience editing, publishing, and running personalization initiatives within enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, or Shopify). * **Customer Data Platforms (CDPs):** Familiarity with how CDPs (e.g., Segment, Tealium) ingest and activate audience data for real\-time personalization is highly desirable. * **Basic Frontend Knowledge:** A foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (specifically how they affect browser rendering and A/B test implementation) is a significant plus.
