**Position Summary / Mission**
* Generate clinical demand for Oncology and Neuroscience brands among key accounts, proactively identifying business opportunities, presenting value propositions aligned with stakeholders’ needs and objectives, and recommending solutions to drive and develop the business.
* Develop strong knowledge of and relationships with various decision-makers involved in the decision-making process, and identify optimal opportunities to improve the patient journey, promote early diagnosis, and enhance healthcare quality.
* Ensure market access for IPSEN products, guaranteeing the profitability level defined by the company and in alignment with Business Unit strategies and volume targets.
* Deliver appropriate business support and generate added value for the account through collaborative, cross-functional, and integrated work that ensures availability of IPSEN products.
* In all cases, adhere to the company’s overall strategies and BU guidance, as well as all internal procedures, policies (local and corporate), applicable legislation, and ethical and deontological codes.
**Main Responsibilities / Expectations**
* Gain detailed knowledge of various stakeholders and their respective authority and influence regarding IPSEN products within the assigned territory. Build robust contact networks enabling IPSEN to obtain priority and early access to information, ensuring a competitive and proactive position in any procedure.
* Establish and maintain continuous, long-term collaborative partnerships with stakeholders across the entire healthcare ecosystem, co-creating solutions that optimize the patient journey.
* Select and segment IPSEN accounts (based on their potential for IPSEN products and the company’s market share). Update, renew, and classify the medical database according to segmentation matrices defined at each point in time.
* Manage the regional budget: autonomy to allocate the budget under one’s responsibility, always investing in accordance with the Deontological Code and centrally defined guidelines (ensuring maximum coordination with business objectives set by BUs).
* Monitor implementation of agreed-upon commitments, proposing corrective actions in case of deviations from the Plan.
* Collect Competitive Intelligence on any element relevant to market access of our products, ensuring its rapid dissemination to all involved teams. Maintain awareness of market developments.
* Participate in meetings of various teams (RC, cross-functional meetings, coordination meetings, etc.) as requested by respective leads.
* Visit specialist physicians in the assigned region at frequencies defined by the Business Unit, informing them about Business Unit products per the established medical visit plan. Develop and maintain deep product knowledge for assigned products.
* Propose to one’s line manager the list of specialists to be invited to congresses, symposia, and scientific events aligned with the scientific-promotional activities of assigned products.
* Ensure IPSEN is recognized as the partner of choice for optimizing the patient journey and healthcare quality.
* Promote an ethical culture through application of reference documents (Ethical Code of Conduct, Global Policies, etc.) defining Ipsen Standards, compliant with laws, regulations, and industry codes.
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
Education / Certifications:
Ideal:
* Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field.
* A Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Pharmaceutical Marketing would be advantageous.
Minimum:
* Secondary education in Science-related fields
Professional Experience:
Ideal:
* 4 years in a similar role; experience in oncology and/or urology would be valued.
Minimum:
* 2 years in a similar role
Languages:
* Portuguese
* English B1
* Other languages are an asset
