Main Responsibilities: Perform general building maintenance tasks; Carry out preventive maintenance interventions according to established plans; Execute corrective maintenance actions on facilities and equipment; Diagnose and resolve electrical and other technical malfunctions; Propose technical improvements based on observations made during interventions; Ensure the proper functioning of infrastructure and equipment. Requirements: Experience in maintenance of commercial or industrial buildings; Ability to analyze and diagnose malfunctions; Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and teamwork; Availability to work rotating shifts. We Offer: €935 to €1,100 gross/month, depending on experience and demonstrated competencies.
