Job Summary: We are seeking a Bartender & Reception Support with great MOXY energy to assist with daily Breakfast and Bar operations, and provide support at the Front Desk, ensuring consistent service. Opportunity to learn and grow Support daily Breakfast and Bar operations, ensuring consistent service and authentic MOXY energy, and assist the Front Desk whenever required, including simple check\-ins under supervision in the role of **Bartender \& Reception Support 2nd Shift (M/F).** **Main Responsibilities \- Breakfast/Bar** * Set up Breakfast area and welcome guests; * Clean and organize tables in the dining area / coworking space; * Greet customers during Breakfast and explain how it works; * Clean service equipment; * Assist in beverage preparation and service, following recipes and instructions from the 2nd Bartender; * Prepare mise\-en\-place (preparations, restocking) and keep the bar clean and organized; * Restock inventory, monitor expiry dates, and assist with stocktaking; * Operate POS system for recording consumption and payments, following internal procedures; * Comply with HACCP, allergen, and safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities \- Front Desk Support** * Assist the Front Desk with simple tasks upon request: key distribution, guest information, forwarding requests, phone calls, etc.; * Perform **check\-in/check\-out** when trained and authorized to do so; * Report any non\-standard situations (complex changes, complaints, financial issues) to Front Office or the Bartender. **Requirements / Profile** * 1–2 years of experience in a bar or similar role (or relevant training \+ internship); * Positive attitude, energetic presence, and enthusiasm for guest interaction; * Organized, quick\-thinking, and eager to learn; * English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage; * Availability to work rotating shifts.
