Horseback Riding Tour in Tróia Voucher for a one-year horseback riding tour, except from July to October. Duration: 1h15/1h30. This is the first "Horses on the Sand" experience. We depart from our facilities, where our horses reside, near the rice fields of Comporta. Riding continuously on horseback, our route winds along the rice fields, crosses the pine forest and dunes, and finally reaches the beach—a paradisiacal stretch of the Atlantic coast. On certain days, the sea is rough and filled with deep shades of blue and white from the waves; on others, it remains very calm and resembles a turquoise-painted lake due to the shallow water depth. In either case, there are very few people on the vast stretch of light-colored sandy beach. This tour is conducted in groups at pre-determined times, or as a fully private program tailored exclusively according to the client’s preferences. It offers flexibility in selecting the time slot and trails, and in combining with other programs.
