To continue growing and remain a benchmark in the sector, we seek new talents to join our team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Technically develop and detail projects using BIM modeling (Revit); * Analyze execution, study, or preparation projects, performing drawing and preparation activities, identifying material requirements and respective quantities for budgeting and production, in accordance with project-specific requirements; * Ensure project coordination and detection of errors and omissions; * Identify, analyze, and propose project optimization solutions; * Ensure that project design, methods, processes, and construction solutions comply with the company's defined quality standards and regulations; * Monitor project stages regarding deadlines and quality, holding periodic meetings to ensure alignment with each project’s requirements. **Job Requirements and Competency Profile:** * Professional experience in Revit modeling; * Knowledge of budgeting and legislation related to project design; * Knowledge of BIM; * Proficiency with the Revit tool; * Rigor and reliability; * Analytical and problem-solving skills; * Ability to work collaboratively in a team; * Willingness to travel nationwide. **With Us You Can Benefit From:** * A stimulating work environment, offering continuous learning and professional development opportunities; * Health insurance; * Corporate partnership agreements; * Access to the current variable remuneration model (subject to defined criteria); * Up to 3 additional vacation days per year.
