This professional will be responsible for leading and supporting process optimization and digital transformation initiatives, identifying and implementing technology solutions that generate real business value. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Lead or participate in projects or initiatives aimed at optimizing existing processes and identifying more suitable technology solutions for the assigned business area; * Coordinate, implement, execute, and complete initiatives in alignment with the company’s strategy, commitments, and objectives; * Manage service quality in the maintenance of assigned applications and implement improvement measures to ensure proper prioritization of requests; * Understand and quantify the value delivered by implementing new technology solutions and analyze the cost\-benefit of such initiatives; * Conduct needs assessments to deliver business value, in coordination with the rest of the IT organization; * Maintain communication with the business, promoting collaborative and trust-based working methods, supporting change management, information flow, and decision-making to achieve business and IT objectives; * Support Portuguese business units in their development and transformation, assisting them on topics related to digital transformation; * Budgetary control of projects led and applications under responsibility. Participation in the Annual Plan preparation, contributing to its alignment with the business strategic plan. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Information Systems, or related fields; * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar roles; * Experience in IT project management and Agile methodologies; * Solid knowledge of SAP technology, logistics and transportation modules; * Strong command of English and Spanish; * Experience in logistics processes (procurement, transportation, inventory management). **Competencies and Skills** * Strategic vision and customer orientation, ensuring solutions deliver real business value; * Leadership and ability to communicate effectively across different departments and organizational levels; * Proactivity, creativity, and innovation to drive new ideas and digital solutions; * Teamwork and collaboration, fostering a dynamic and cooperative environment; * Analytical capability and results orientation, with focus on quality and efficiency.
