This professional will be responsible for leading and supporting process optimization and digital transformation initiatives, identifying and implementing technology solutions that generate real business value. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Lead or participate in projects or initiatives aimed at optimizing existing processes and identifying more suitable technology solutions for the assigned business area; * Coordinate, implement, execute, and complete initiatives in alignment with the company’s strategy, commitments, and objectives; * Manage service quality in the maintenance of assigned applications and implement improvement measures to ensure proper prioritization of requests; * Understand and quantify the value delivered by implementing new technology solutions and analyze the cost\-benefit of such initiatives; * Conduct needs assessments to deliver business value, in coordination with the rest of the IT organization; * Maintain communication with the business, promoting collaborative and trust-based working methods, supporting change management, information flow, and decision-making to achieve business and IT objectives; * Support Portuguese business units in their development and transformation, assisting them on topics related to digital transformation; * Budgetary control of projects led and applications under responsibility.
