Collaborate in preparing topics and scripts for broadcasts. We are looking for a dynamic and communicative individual to join our team as an Online Broadcast Host. You will be the face and voice of our project, hosting interactive live streams, engaging the audience, and building an active community. Key Responsibilities: Conduct live broadcasts on streaming platforms according to a predefined schedule; Interact with viewers in real time—answer questions, respond to comments, and keep the conversation flowing naturally; Create original and dynamic content during live streams (e.g., games, chats, special events, aligned with the project’s niche); Collaborate with the team in preparing broadcast topics and scripts; Monitor audience metrics and suggest improvements for engagement. Requirements: Native or fluent Portuguese (mandatory); Intermediate English (B2) — desirable; Experience or strong willingness to perform on camera—not required to be a professional streamer, but must be comfortable with live communication; Extroverted, creative, and resilient personality (able to handle diverse live comments); Availability for flexible hours (evenings/weekends may be required).
