Job Summary: Huître is seeking Civil Engineers and/or Architects to manage and execute luxury construction and rehabilitation projects, ensuring technical excellence and full site management. We operate with a focus on excellence, combining technical rigor, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of premium materials and finishes. Huître is looking to strengthen its teams with Civil Engineers and/or Architects for Site Management roles. **The Role:** * Manage all construction phases according to the project plan and required quality standards, ensuring coordination with all stakeholders; * Define, select, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, aligned with each project’s specific requirements; * Manage resources (labor, equipment, materials, subcontracting, among others); * Prepare internal construction control reports, procedures, Provisional Handovers, and Final Account Closings, analyzing deviations and proposing corrective actions when necessary; * Ensure process management and relationship handling with various stakeholders and entities (client, supervisory body, public authorities, etc.); * Supervise Quality, Safety, and Environmental control on site; * Prepare Measurement Certificates for Subcontractors and Production Certificates with the Client; * Assume contractual management responsibilities with the Client and Supervisory Body; * Ensure economic control of the Contract. **Requirements:** * Higher education degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in Site Management roles, preferably in residential construction projects; * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, client orientation, versatility, and flexibility to adapt to diverse contexts and stakeholders; * Negotiation ability and results orientation; * Leadership and proactive mindset; * Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; * Proficiency in computer tools (Office, AutoCAD, Project); * Willingness to travel within the country. **What We Offer:** * Salary commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Opportunities for career progression; * Mobile phone; * Health insurance; * 24 vacation days per year \+ birthday day.
