Responsibilities: Contact and follow-up of potential customers (online) until closure Customer service and support via chat/messages (inquiries, referrals, and follow-up) Support in creation and publication of content (Reels/TikTok/Stories and posts) Basic social media management (posting, organizing, responding) Simple activity logging (contacts and results) Workplace: 100% remote (Portugal) Working hours: Flexible, minimum 15 hours per week Requirements: Age 18 or older Strong communication and organizational skills Basic experience with Instagram/TikTok/Facebook Stable internet connection and mobile phone/computer Terms and payment: Initial training + free ongoing support Weekly payment – based on objectives/results
