**Job Description**
We are looking for a Test Manager / QA Lead to join a strategic project in the Energy sector, leading QA activities, teams, and stakeholders.
**Requirements**
* 6/7\+ years of experience in QA / Testing
* Team leadership experience
* Stakeholder management experience
* ISTQB Advanced Certification
* Agile methodologies
* English level B2
* Portuguese fluent
**Nice to Have**
* Spanish knowledge
